~Particulars ~

Bistro is closed for dinners on Mondays and lunch, but we are happy to open exclusively for your party.  We offer lunch and dinner, served in your choice of the South private room, Main dining room or our fully enclosed, heated Terrace: perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, wedding receptions, client entertaining or Board meetings in a private environment.

~ For the restaurant to open for service when we would not normally be there is a minimum of $2,000 that can be applied towards food and beverages but does not include tax and gratuity.  Our South dining room can accommodate up to 44 guests and 34 for a presentation; the Main dining room can accommodate 60, the Main and the South together 110, and our fully heated, enclosed terrace 85 (can be divided into two sections).  

~ A $500 deposit is required to secure the date of your event ($1,000 for a buy-out).  The balance will be due upon the completion of the event, and is payable by check or credit card.  A 20% gratuity on food and beverage plus 9% sales tax shall be added to the total.

~ In the event that you might have to cancel, a 2 week notice is required for refund of your deposit (60 days for a buy-out).

~We will provide votive candles and white cloths for the table.

Parties of 12 or more guests are required to order from a limited menu with choices, created by the host, up to four selections for each course from our regular menu, charged on consumption.
